Pend Oreille Mechanical was founded in Sandpoint Idaho in 2001 by the Dishong family. In 2022 Nick Higgs, a long time employee and manager at POM, and his partner Sammy Jo Pitts were able to buy the business and continue its legacy of quality service and craftsmanship installs for new construction.

 

The two of them were born and raised in the area and have a passion for supporting their community through quality service as well as creating lifetime career opportunities for their hard working employees. Their goals, ambitions and inspirations have come together to form a truly amazing company that they are proud to be a part of.
 

Nick and Sammy Jo are new to being owners, but veterans in supplying quality service to their fellow community members.
